This article is sample copy for layout and navigation. The ideas are plausible but not tied to a real release.

Design critiques work best when everyone leaves with the same understanding of priority and owner. A short note template keeps the room from drifting into taste debates.

A three-part note

  1. Observation — what you saw (screen, flow, or prototype state).
  2. Impact — who it affects and how strongly (blocking, confusing, polish).
  3. Proposal — one concrete next step, even if it is “validate with two users”.

If you cannot name an impact, park the comment. Not every reaction needs to become work.
